If for any reason you should choose to return your uninstalled ClearMirror, just place it in the original packaging and return to us for a full refund. Full refunds will only be issued on unopened products within 30-days of purchase, and upon 100% satisfactorily returned condition. Please allow for up to 14-days to process resolution of returned items. 

Unfortunately, if you have installed your ClearMirror we will not be able to accept a return. Please contact us directly if you are having any issues with installation, or operation of your ClearMirror...we've been doing this for a long time, and have worked through every issue that you could imagine.
