Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Ground Shipments:

Whitehaus Collection understands how important it is for you to receive your order fast. We will make every effort to process your order quickly and accurately.

Each order normally takes up to 2 business days to process and ship out. Once shipped it will take 5-7 to be delivered.

Ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii or to P.O Boxes or Military Addresses.

Freight LTL/Truck Shipments:

Additional surcharge of $35 per product will be applied to the shipping.

Freight LTL: For items that weigh over 150 lbs must ship on a pallet. Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet. Expect delivery typically within 7 business days.

Freight Delivery Instructions: The Freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.  delivery times are not guaranteed and will only be made Monday through Friday. You will need to schedule the delivery within two business days from the day you are contacted. Failure to do this may result in storage fees. Storage fees must be paid by the consumer before the shipment is released.

The driver will place the pallet on curbside at the end of your driveway.

Signature is require for all Freight LTL deliveries.

IMPORTANT: Please carefully inspect the package before signing for it. Try to open the box and visually inspect before signing. If you notice any visible or potential damage on the outer packaging please make a note on the delivery receipt indicating it. Never sign for an item that is broken. If the driver does not allow you to open the box for inspection before signing please write this on the delivery receipt: "Damaged until further inspection".

Your signature is a binding contract, by signing without proper notation means that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition.

By failing to notate THE SPECIFIC DAMAGE on the receipt you are agreeing that you received the ITEM(S) in good condition and exact quantities and are waiving your rights to a claim. Whitehaus Collection is not responsible for any minor or major damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.

Shipping Damages:

Ground Services:

We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your item for damage within 24 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage immediately via email with attached photos. Please contact us immediately and we will start the claim process for you. We understand that sometimes it is not possible to inspect your item that quickly. We give you some extra time and allow you to contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

For Freight LTL Shipments:

If there are any damages you have 1 business day to inform us by email. Include a detailed description and images of the damage product as well at outer packaging. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS AT TIME OF DELIVERY EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT support@yourbathstore.com

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in and charged your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically confirm that the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail and offer refund, replacement or back order.

Order Tracking:

We will send you tracking information within 1 business day of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at support@yourbathstore.com

Refund Policy

Refund:

25% Restocking Fee on all items. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned product. Please allow 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. Your credit card company may take up to 10 days after processing to post the credit to your account. We are not responsible for fluctuations in the exchange rate or any additional credit card charges.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Whitehaus Collection focuses on providing excellent customer service support and complete satisfaction with your purchase of high-quality products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product delivered we will be happy to issue a refund or offer you an exchange. You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs and Restocking fees may apply. Items being returned must be in its original condition and packaging in order to be accepted.

Cancelling an order:
If you just placed your order and we didn’t ship your products yet please contact us immediately for a same day full refund. No restocking fee will be applied to cancellations that have not shipped.

If your item has shipped and you want to cancel your order, you will have to contact us and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form or click link above and follow instructions for returns. 25% restocking fee and return shipping cost applies for shipped returns.

Exchanges: 
If within 30 days of receiving the product you have changed your mind and wish to exchange- Contact us or click link above and follow instructions for exchange process. Products being returned must be complete in their original packaging, undamaged and haven’t been installed or assembled in order to qualify for a return or exchange.There is No Restocking Fee for Exchanges. In order to avoid restocking fee for an exchange you will need to purchase your new order before requesting/starting your exchange return. Your RMA (Request Merchandise Authorization) approval email will reflect new purchase made for exchange and waive restock fee. Return label will be provided for original orders that have shipped with Ground Services only. Return shipping costs still applies for exchange returns and will automatically be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns:
If you already received your product, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to contact us and request a return form (RMA) or click link above and follow instructions. Once return goods request has been submitted you shall receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours. Check your inbox for a return confirmation email. Attached to confirmation email you shall find your approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval number and return shipping label. Return label will be provided for original orders that have shipped with Ground Services only. You will have 10 days to send out your return. Package can then be dropped off at your nearest UPS carrier store for return shipment. 25% restocking fee and return shipping cost applies for shipped returns.

NOTE: Products being returned must be complete in their original packaging, undamaged and haven’t been installed or assembled in order to qualify for a return or exchange. Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories included with the product to avoid any denied returns. Please be certain that products are secure in their packaging and free from any moving components so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.
 
If the product is not returned in original packaging and non-salable condition, no refund will be given.

If you are simply having technical difficulties with your product and would like assistance in solving the issue so you can possibly keep your item please contact us so we can provide assistance.

Important:

Ground Shipping: Once you receive RMA confirmation email along with return shipping label you will have 10-Days to drop package at any UPS store for return shipping.

Freight LTL Shipment:  For return of Freight/LTL shipments customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
